Dream Notes is a public archive of handwritten aspirations collected from students during BII engagements.
Every note reflects a dream, ambition, hope, or vision for the future. Together, these notes create a living record of what young people across Assam imagine for themselves and their communities.

Dream Notes is not a competition, examination, or scholarship programme.
It is a public memory project dedicated to preserving the aspirations of a generation.
Students participating in BII programmes may submit a handwritten Dream Note to become part of the archive.
